Allocation Cancellation Policy

Guidelines governing order cancellation timelines, pre-shipment modifications, and verified courier reversals.

❖ Cancellation Prior to Courier Dispatch

If your requested vintage allocation has not yet departed our climate-controlled Westchester staging facility, you may cancel directly through your member portal:

Portal Navigation: Patron Dashboard > Order History > Select Specific Order # > Order Details > Request Cancellation

Pre-shipment cancellations are processed immediately, and funds or cellar dividends will be restored within 24 to 48 business hours after administrative review.

❖ Cancellation Subsequent to Vehicle Departure

Once a shipment has departed under transit custody, cancellation requests require inspection upon package recovery to verify cork seal integrity and temperature compliance:

❖ Card & Digital Transactions: Refunds will be routed to the original financing instrument within 48 to 72 business hours after physical bottle return verification. Please allow 2 to 3 banking business days for statement settlement.
❖ Bank Wire / Cash on Dispatch: Settlements will be deposited into your verified member account details within 48 to 72 hours of inventory check-in.
