Pricing & Vintage Refund Policy
Standards of fair estate pricing, allocation provenance guarantees, and cork defect resolution protocols.
❖ Cellar Exchanges & Cork Taint Guarantee
All estate bottles are sourced with certified provenance directly from châteaux and licensed importers. If a bottle exhibits verifiable cork taint (TCA) or severe structural defect upon uncorking, patron services must be notified within 7 days of receipt with bottle photograph and cork preservation.
Allocated rare whiskies or auction-grade collector items marked as final sale are not eligible for speculative market exchange once delivery receipt is signed.
❖ Physical Return Requirements
Bottles approved for return must be preserved in their original presentation box, packaging tissue, and foil capsule condition. Temperature abuse subsequent to delivery receipt voids exchange eligibility. Return dispatch must reference the original Order Number and verified patron credentials.
❖ Settlement Mode & Processing
Approved returns may be settled via direct store credit voucher or restored wallet dividend points for alternative allocations. A nominal standard restocking and temperature reinspection deduction of $15.00 applies to non-defect discretionary cancellations.
