This document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Patron" or "Buyer") and Ossining Wine & Liquor. By entering this website, registering an account, or placing an allocation order, you confirm compliance with these terms and applicable laws of the State of New York and the United States.
❖ Age Representation (21+)
By engaging in transactions on this website, you solemnly represent that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel dispatches to any person failing immediate age verification upon delivery.
❖ Vintage Allocations & Pricing Accuracy
While we maintain rigorous live inventory auditing, rare vintage allocations and limited single-barrel spirits are subject to château allocation changes. In the rare event an item is listed with typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate full refund or priority vintage substitution.
❖ Title and Risk of Transit
Title to all wine and spirits passes to the buyer in the State of New York at the moment of retail checkout completion. Delivery services are performed under authorization of the buyer through certified third-party common carriers or climate-controlled private couriers.
❖ Jurisdiction & Legal Venue
All contracts, disputes, and claims arising out of the use of this service shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Westchester County, New York.
